FRAMINGHAM – SOURCE will publish a running list of individuals who have pulled their nomination papers certified by the City Clerk’s office to be on the 2021 ballot.
The last day to submit nomination papers is Thursday, July 15.
Framingham will elect Mayor, the entire School Committee, 9 District City Councilors, half the Library Trustees and three of the five Cemetery Trustees in November.
Mayor
- Charlie Sisitsky – Submitted on July 9 and certified on July 13
- Mayor Yvonne Spicer – submitted papers on July 12 – certified on July 14
- Rick McKenna – did not return papers.
- Carlos Valadares – submitted papers on July 8 – Certified on July 13
If at least three individuals have their papers certified there will be a preliminary election on September 14. The top two candidates in September will appear on the November 2nd ballot.
