We owe it to young people, seniors, and working people to create reasonably priced housing in the communities they love. The goal of the MBTA Communities Act is to increase the availability of homes by creating more housing options including townhouses and condominiums particularly for first-time homebuyers, seniors struggling to keep up with housing costs and those who serve our communities, including teachers, nurses, first responders and firefighters.
It is essential that we ensure all neighborhoods within Framingham, whether located on the south side or north side of the City, benefit from these advancements, fostering a more inclusive and equitable community.
Framingham has the opportunity to be BOLD. If you support this act and more specifically the addition of housing on the Edmands Road parcels where new housing can actually be built in Nobscot, please show your support by signing below.
