FRAMINGHAM – The City of Framingham Treasurer/Collector’s Office is notifying residents of updated mailing addresses for tax payments, effective immediately.

This change impacts all tax payments, including real estate, personal property, water, and excise tax bills.

As part of the upcoming tax cycle, First Quarter FY26 Real Estate tax bills will be sent out this week, and are due by Monday, August 4, 2025.

To ensure that payments are processed in a timely manner, taxpayers are asked to use the following updated addresses when mailing their payments:

  • Real Estate, Personal Property, and Water Bills:
    📬 PO Box 847035, Boston, MA 02284-7035
  • Excise Tax Payments:
    📬 PO Box 847040, Boston, MA 02284-7040

Important Reminder: Residents who pay their taxes through their bank’s online bill pay service need to update these mailing addresses to avoid delays in payment processing.

“We are committed to providing smooth and efficient service to all our residents,” said City of Framingham Treasurer Carolyn Lyons “By updating the payment addresses, we can ensure that payments are processed correctly and on time.”

Residents can inform their mortgage companies of the change, but the City Treasurer said those companies typically pay via wire transfer.
