FRAMINGHAM – The National Weather Service issuing a winter storm warning from Monday night into Wednesday, March 15.
The forecast is calling for a half foot to a full foot of snow.
Both Framingham & Ashland Public Schools have called for an early release on Tuesday, March 14.
Christa McAuliffe Charter School has an early release on Tuesday, too.
Postponements & Cancellations
- Framingham’s City Hall the Memorial Building will close at 1 p.m. on Tuesday
- Framingham Public Libraries will close at 1 p.m.
- City Councilors at-large George King jr. and Janet Leombruno’s office hour and conversation with the Framingham Police Chief has been postponed to March 21 at 5 p.m.
- The Framingham Branch YMCA branch will close today March 14 at 1 p.m.due to weather. The Early Learning Center will also close at 1 p.m.. There will be no afternoon Out-of-School programs.
- The Framingham History Center has postponed its annual meeting from Tuesday, March 14 to Tuesday, March 21. The event starts at 7 p.m. at Historic Village Hall.
- Stapleton Elementary School Kindergarten School Tour has been rescheduled to Thursday, March 23. The tour times will be the same: at 10 a.m. & 6:30 p.m.
- St. Bridget Church has cancelled morning mass for Tuesday, March 14 and Wednesday, March 15.
- Tuesday night’s joint Framingham City Council Finance Subcommittee and Framingham School Committee Finance subcommittee meeting for Tuesday, March 14 has been cancelled. The meeting is being rescheduled to Thursday, March 16
- Framingham State will be closed on Tuesday, March 14. Only essential personnel must report to work
- The Marlborough Clubhouse, Happy Hours Preschool and Discovery Club are closed today.
