1 Mayor Yvonne Spicer gave a farewell address last night. She will leave office after 4 years on December 31.

Mayor-elect Charlie Sisitsky will be sworn in as the City’s second mayor on January 1.

Sisitsky said the inauguration will be “low key” due to the surge in COVID cases in the City.

2. According to the Mayor’s publicly posted schedule, Mayor Spicer has no public events.

3. There are no CITY of FRAMINGHAM meetings today, December 17.

The Framingham Youth Council will hold a meeting on Sunday, December 19 at 7 p.m. via Zoom.
