FRAMINGHAM – Police pulled over a vehicle on Second Street July 28 and arrested a Framingham man on multiple drug and motor vehicle charges.

At 1 p.m. officers pulled over a vehicle at 103 Second Street.

The driver was Emanuel Martinez-Ortiz, 28, of 60A Second Street in Framingham.

Police made a motor vehicle stop for “revoked registration and suspended license,” said the Framingham Police spokesperson.

Mantinez-Ortiz was placed under arrest and charged with operating a motor vehicle after license suspended, operating a motor vehicle after registration revoked, possession of a Class A drug (heroin) and possession of a Class B drug (crack cocaine.)
