Taste of MetroWest Serves up Best-on-Best Flavor Challenges for 12th Year

FRAMINGHAM, MA – Serving up bottomless flavorful treats from around the world, restaurants from across eastern Massachusetts will come together for the MetroWest Chamber of Commerce’s 12th Annual Taste of MetroWest this spring for an evening of exceptional food, drink, community, and lighthearted competition.

Taste of MetroWest 2025 kicks off on April 28 at The Sheraton Framingham Hotel & Conference Center at 5 p.m., cooking up three full hours to indulge in mouthwatering dishes, build connections, and vote for their favorites in four delicious categories: Best Appetizer, Best Entrée, Best Drink, and Best Dessert.

“Winning Best Dessert at last year’s Taste of MetroWest was an unforgettable experience,” said Julia De Boni, manager of Fresscafe. “To have the community vote for us meant everything—it showed that our passion for great food truly resonates with people. We can’t wait to be back and compete again.”

Along with the defending champions, this year’s lineup features local favorites such as Jack’s Abby Craft Lagers, 110 Grill, and dozens of chefs, bakers, brewers, and restaurateurs eager to dine with the community and share their unique flavors with MetroWest.

“When you take that first bite—it’s a total ‘Guy Fieri’ moment,” said Reyad Shah, President and CEO of the MetroWest Chamber of Commerce. “We’re talking extra napkins, hunching over, savoring every bite because you don’t want to lose a single drop of flavor.”

Attendees who fill up on the big night won’t have to worry about leaving room for seconds, or thirds: New in 2025, several participating restaurants will offer a special post-event deal in the Taste of MetroWest program. That means tasters can enjoy a discount card, free appetizer, or complimentary drink at many of their new favorites on a future night of their choosing.

“This event is the ultimate showcase of MetroWest’s best culinary talents,” Shah added. “We’re bringing the heat this year!”

General admission tickets are open to the public and cost $40, which includes unlimited tastes. For more information about attending, sponsoring, or exhibiting at the 12th Annual Taste of MetroWest, visit www.metrowest.org.
