City of Framingham Issues Snow Emergency Parking Ban & Delay Trash Collection

FRAMINGHAM – Trash and Recycling WILL NOT be collected on Thursday, December 17, due to the inclement weather. Please refrain from putting out trash and recycling carts. Collection will be delayed by one day the rest of the week.

A snow emergency parking ban on all arterial will go into effect tonight, Wednesday, December 16 starting at 11 p.m.. until Thursday, December 17 at 11 p.m.

Arterial roads are designated with posted red and white signs. This parking ban is in addition to the citywide year-round odd/even parking restriction on all streets. Residents are encouraged to seek off-street parking and not interfere with snow clearing operations.

Any vehicle obstructing snow clearing operations will be towed.

All non-essential municipal buildings (including the Recycling Drop-off Center) will be closed to the public, Thursday, December 17. Staff will be working remotely, responding to telephone calls and emails.
