FRAMINGHAM – On behalf of the Framingham Coronavirus Community Outreach group, I’d like to give a heart-felt thank you to all the firefighters who took part in the birthday and graduation parades during the quarantine.
We thank you for being first responders during the pandemic, and for taking the time to make birthdays and graduations special for so many children and students.
With restrictions being lifted and calls subsequently increasing, the Framingham Fire Department had to end their participation in parades as of June 15.
We delivered cakes and cards to each of the five stations as a small token of our appreciation.
Because really, how can you repay happiness and kindness?
