Jacqueline S. Dellicker, 88, a longtime resident of Holliston, passed away peacefully on Monday, December 11, 2023, with her family at her side. Born in Boston, she was the daughter of the late George Sturtevant. She was the beloved wife of 68 years to the late Henry Dellicker, Jr. of Holliston.

Jackie was extremely involved in community activities.  She served the community of Holliston as their Town Clerk for a multitude of years. She touched many lives along the way with her participation in the Women’s Club, PTA, Den Mother, League of Women Voters, Republican Town Committee, Citizens Scholarship Committee, Council on Aging, Senior Support Foundation, Holliston Cable Access TV, Massachusetts Town Clerk Association, New England Town Clerk Association, International Town Clerk Association, Holliston Library Committee, Holliston Pantry Shelf Board, Town Moderator,  and MA Moderator Association.

In addition to all of these volunteer activities, she was wife to Henry, mother to five sons, grandmother of 18, and great-grandmother to 12.  She was lovingly known as having a horrible sense of direction, but could find her way around the kitchen like no other.  Her cookie jar was always full and her apple pies were award-winning. She was honored to have been chosen as Holliston’s 1998 Citizen of the Year.

Jackie is survived by her five sons: Lee Dellicker and his wife, Liz; Mark Dellicker – Terry; Dale Dellicker and his wife, Sandy; Scott Dellicker and his wife, Kathy; and Gary Dellicker and his fiancee, Alison. She also leaves behind 17 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her sister, Phyllis Sturtevant; brother, David Sturtevant; step-brother Alan Hodge; her grandson, Christopher Walk and her step-mother, Josephine Sturtevant
