NATICK – Joseph T. Young of Natick passed away on November 25, 2022.

Loving son of Charles and Maria (DeMasi) Young of Natick.  Devoted brother of Andrew Young of Waltham, Michael Young (Jen) of Marion, Christopher Young (Lisa) of Fall River, Chuck Young of Franklin, Sean Young of Acushnet. Nephew of Christina & Doran Abel of Natick and Carmelo Peter DeMasi & Nazzarena of Natick. Cousin of Pete & Sam DeMasi of Ashland, Cassandra DeMasi of Natick, and Royce Abel of Natick.  Cherished grandson of Rosa and Bruno DeMasi of Natick. Uncle of Tyler and Katherine Young of Marion.  Also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Joseph loved his family with all his heart.  He was an avid guitarist, talented writer, and lover of basketball. In addition to hiking and working outdoors, he was into fitness and exercising, especially lifting. Joseph also had a passion for reading books and watching movies.

Lastly, he loved his pet cats, Harley and Hunter, with his whole heart.

Joseph was employed by Nova Biomedical in Waltham.

Funeral from the John Everett and Sons Funeral Home 4 Park Street in Natick on Saturday December 3 at 9 a.m.

Followed by a Funeral Mass at St Patrick Church 44 East Central Street (Route 135) Natick at 10 a.m. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend.

Interment St Patrick Cemetery in Natick.  

Visiting Hours on Friday December 2nd from 4-8 p.m. in the funeral home.
