NATICK – The Framingham High boys soccer team earned its eighth victory of the season defeating Bay State Conference rival Natick this afternoon, October 13.

The Flyers won 3-0

“It was a soaking wet back and forth contest that saw the Flyers finally regain some of their scoring touch,” said Coach Jon Wood.

The Flyers got on the board early in the first half on a goal by senior forward Patrick Simoes. He redirected a free kick from senior defender Dhiego Miranda past the Natick goalkeeper.

Framingham capped the scoring late in the second half, when Carney again scored from the left side of the box.

Defensively, the Flyers were led by senior captain Liam Gilbert and junior back Ben Dionisio, said Coach Wood.
