MANCHESTER, NEW HAMPSHIRE — Framingham High freshman Sasha Lamakina finished 15th overall at the Manchester Invitational road race on Saturday, September 24 at Derryfield Park.

Caroline Cummings, a senior at La Salle Academy, won the large school varsity race in 18:59 minutes.

Lamakina finished the race in 20:13 minutes.

There are more than 150 runners in the New Hampshire event.

Framingham senior captain Chloe Mills finished 94th overall at 23;33 minutes

Other Framingham Flyers who ran on Saturday were Mia Demore, Liesel Krohne, Marieme Ngom, Danielle Rodger, and Hailey Hohenstein.

More than 225 boys competed in the large school race at the Manchester Invitational race on Saturday.

Framingham’s top runners was Andrew Hohenstein at 107th. His time was 18:13 minutes.

Other Framingham runners were Ben Habeski, Andrew Feinblatt, Derrick Yancey Jr., Nichal Mayborn, Matthew Vilela, and Trevor Lipp.

The Flyers (boys & girls cross country teams) will host the Timberwolves of Walpole High at Farm Pond on Thursday, October 6.
