FRAMINGHAM – Brian Kelley, 66, a lifelong resident of Framingham, died suddenly Thursday, September 15, 2022.

Born in Framingham he was the son of the late James & Grace (Aquino) Kelley, and the beloved husband of Lauren (Hopkins) Kelley.

Brian was a graduate of Framingham North High School, and earned his Bachelors Degree from Western New England College.

He owned his own business for a short time before becoming one of just a few a N.A.C.E. – Coating Inspectors in New England. For the past 8 years he has been a Coatings inspector for Greenman Peterson in Wilmington.

Brian lit up every room he entered and was friends with everyone he met. He loved all things golf, and sports in general but especially enjoyed watching the Patriots. He could give Alex Trebek a run for his money on Jeopardy.

In 2013 he married the love of his life Lauren who survives him, along with his sister, Maureen Kelley of Framingham, his step son Dillon Olmos of Framingham, his mother in law Shirley Hopkins of Framingham, and his sisters in law, Cheryl Robinson & her husband Leif of Hopkinton and Diane Heller of Framingham.  Besides his parents, Brian was predeceased by his brothers, Greg and Kevin.

Family and friends will honor and remember Brian’s life by gathering for visiting hours in the McCarthy, McKinney & Lawler Funeral Home, 11 Lincoln St. Framingham on Friday, September 23 from 4 to 8 p.m.

Interment will be private.
