FRAMINGHAM – About 100 people attended a “we dissent” demonstration outside the Framingham District Courthouse this morning on Independence Day.
The group was advocating for reproductive rights, after the U.S. Supreme Court vote to overturn Roe Vs Wade in a decision in June.
The event was organized by Grace Snedden and Esta Montano.
Speakers included the organizers, District 7 City Councilor Leora Mallach, Rep. Maria Robinson, and a few others.
The event lasted for more than 90 minutes.
