National Weather Services Issues Thunderstorm Warning

BOSTON – The National Weather Service in Boston/Norton issued just before 5 p.m., a severe thunderstorm warning for MetroWest until 6 p.m.

At 4:48 p.m. a severe thunderstorm was located over Dover, or near Natick, moving northeast at 30 mph.

This storm has 60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

Expect wind damage to trees and power lines. Minor hail damage to vehicles is possible.
