NATICK – The Natick Board of Health voted today, March 4, to rescind its mask mandate for the Natick Public Schools.

As of Monday, March 7, masks will be optional for students and staff.

Like many districts in MetroWest, including Ashland & Framingham, the Natick School District will district move toward a flex masking policy, which allows for optional masking.

The Natick Board of Health had voted to allow the Town’s mask mandate to expire on February 28 to tie in with the state but extended the mandate to the school through March 7, due to school vacation the week before February 28.
