FRAMINGHAM – The Framingham High girls ice hockey team qualified for post-season play with a regular season record of 8-7-5 overall. That’s the good news.

The bad news is that the MIAA has the Flyers ranked 32nd out of 33 teams in the Division 2 tournament.

Framingham will host Central Catholic on Wednesday, March 2 at 7 p.m. at Loring Arena.

The Flyers will battle Central Catholic High, ranked #33, for the right to play #1 ranked Duxbury High on March 5 at 5:40 p.m.

The MIAA seedings came out tonight, February 25.

Bay State Conference rival Natick High is ranked #5 in the tourney.

Bay State Conference foes Needham High, Wellesley High, Walpole High are ranked #11, #18, and #29.
