1 Middlesex Superior Court Judge yesterday ordered a new special election in District 3 for City Council. A hearing will take place today at noon to discuss the parameters of that election.

3.According to the Mayor’s publicly posted schedule, Mayor Yvonne Spicer has no public events today. She will give a farewell address on December 16. Her last official day is December 31.
