NATICK – The Framingham High boys varsity soccer team beat Natick 3-0 in the 25th George Wheeler Memorial Soccer Cup at Natick High tonight.

The Flyers took a 2-0 lead into the half on gritty goals by seniors Kaio Viegas and Sam Deveau. Viegas goal went unassisted but Deveau, was the recipient of an excellent assist from senior midfielder Patrick McIrney, explained Coach Jon Wood.

The second half was more of a stalemate as the Flyers controlled play and protected the lead.

The game was secured when Deveau assisted senior Gui Mendes on the third goal of the night, said Coach Wood.
