FRAMINGHAM – Framingham Police were called to a motor vehicle crash at Conant Road and Route 135 on Sunday night, and discovered the driver of the crash left the scene.
Police officers located the driver of the vehicle a “short time later,” said Framingham Police spokesperson Lt. Rachel Mickens.
Police arrested Daniel Padilla, 43, of 4 Bishop Street of Framingham.
He was charged with leaving the scene of a crash with property damage and operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.
“Padilla stuck a motor vehicle on Arlington Street and then left the scene,” said Lt. Mickens.
There were no injuries.
