FRAMINGHAM – Police arrested a Framingham man on an operating while under the influence charge, after he struck a parked vehicle at the Lord Chesterfield Apartments on Saturday night, August 28.
Police responded to a report of a crash at 11:20 p.m. at 10 Greenview Street.
After a brief investigation, they arrested Salvador Picon Ortiz, 32, of 119 Arlington Street of Framingham.

Ortiz was charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, operating a motor vehicle with no driver’s license, and operating a motor vehicle with an open container of alcohol.
“Ortiz struck a parked motor vehicle in the lot,” said Framingham Police Lt. Mickens.
There were no injuries.
