FRAMINGHAM – Police were called to a downtown Framingham Mexican restaurant on Sunday, August 29, just after midnight, for a disturbance, and placed one man under arrest.

Officer were called to Taqueria Mexico at 40 Concord Street at 12:23 a.m.

Police were told a man was “trying to re-enter after being asked to leave earlier in the evening,” said Framingham Police spokesperson Lt. Rachel Mickens.

When officers arrived, the man “appeared to be intoxicated and was being aggressive towards staff,” said Lt. Mickens. “He was subsequently placed under arrest.”

Arrested at 12:30 a.m. was Andy Santos, 21, of 6A Interfaith Terrace of Framingham. He was charged with disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace (alcohol), and trespassing.
