1 The Framingham Community Preservation Committee will hold its first ever meeting tonight in the Blumer Community room. It is a hybrid meeting. individuals may attend in person or participate remotely.


  • Framingham Fair Housing at 7 p.m.
  • Board of Library Trustees: Community Outreach Subcommittee  at 7 p.m.
  • Framingham Disability Commission at 7 p.m.

3. All 3 of the City’s beaches are closed again, due to either bacteria or toxic algae. The last set of tests came back on Monday.

Lake Waushakum beach has never opened for the season. Saxonville Lake has been closed for more than a week due to a toxic algae.

4. The main Framingham Public Library will host a magician and balloon artists this afternoon at 2 p.m.

Come enjoy this entertaining show with Ed Popielarczyk, professional magician and balloon sculptor! Outdoors will feature a bubble machine. Social distancing and/or masking of everyone over 5 required; will move to the Costin Room if weather is inclement.

5. According to Mayor Yvonne Spicer’s public schedule, the Mayor has no public scheduled events.
