FRAMINGHAM – Framingham Police Officers responded to a noise complaint this afternoon, June 20, and “encountered one heck of a speaker on this car,” posted Framingham Police on social media.

Police said the individual cooperated and turned down the speaker.

The City of Framingham has a noise bylaw.
