WALPOLE – Kevin M. “KP” Penza Jr., age 36, passed away in his Walpole home on March 10, 2021

. Kevin was born to Kevin and Jacqueline (Commerford) Penza on March 2, 1985 at Norwood Hospital.

KP was raised in Walpole with his sister, Kimberly, enjoying his childhood and playing Little League.

He worked at Norwood Hospital in food service until his graduation from Walpole High School with the Class of 2003.

KP then attended Mass Bay Community College to study Criminal Justice, meanwhile working as a dispatcher for Phillips Lifeline in Framingham.

KP made the move to Delray, Florida where he worked at Palm Partners Recovery Center as an admissions coordinator. He lived in Jacksonville, Florida for a short time before he returned to his hometown of Walpole in 2018 following his mother’s passing to be closer to his family. He got a job in Norwood at the Transamerica Group working as a Customer Relations Representative.

KP was a movie buff, often watching documentaries that he would enjoy. He was a big Boston Sports fan, always cheering on his home teams of the Red Sox, Patriots, Celtics, and the Bruins. He loved nothing more than playing with his nephews, rough housing and enjoying their time together as a family.

He was a loving man who cared about others and made a point of showing it by working independently to counsel those struggling with addiction and provide resources and support to guide them into rehabilitation centers for further assistance. He was a man liked by all, always able to brighten someone’s day with a joke and a smile.

Beloved son of Kevin M. Penza and the late Jacqueline A. (Commerford) Penza.
Loving brother of Kimberly M. Breen and her husband Daniel of Norwood.
Cherished Grandson of Dorothy (Hughes) Commerford of Plainville, the late Robert Commerford, the late Pamfilo “Patsy” Penza and the late Lucille (Pasquarosa) Penza.
