FRAMINGHAM – Framingham Police Officers arrested a Framingham man Friday morning, March 5 on drug charges.

Police officers pulled over the vehicle on Route 9 at 10 a.m.

Arrested was Emanuel Martinez-Ortiz, 27, of 60A Beaver Park Road in Framingham. He was charged on outstanding warrants, possession of a Class A drug and possession to distribute drugs.

Martinez-Ortiz was a passenger in the vehicle.

“Several packets” of heroin and cocaine were found on his when he was booked at the station,” according to Police.

He was arraigned on Friday and released with no bail.
