Framingham State Has One Positive COVID Case After 746 Tests

FRAMINGHAM – Framingham State University is reporting just one positive COVID cases this week.

The University administered 746 tests in the past 7 days, through February 19.

That is a 0.14 positivity rate. In comparison, the City of Framingham’s positivity rate is just under 4%.

Students returned to classes for the spring semester on January 25.

In the past 30 days, the University has administered 3,294 tests to staff and students, with 7 positive cases in the last 30 days.

The positivity rate for the past month is 0.22%.

The University currently has no students in isolation on campus and one student isolated off campus.

The University has no students in quarantine on campus, and no students off campus in quarantine.
