FRAMINGHAM – Two adjacent multi-unit buildings in Framingham have sold for $8.6 million.

Dennis Kelleher, John Pentore and Ryan Benton of Horvath & Tremblay have completed the sale of 56-unit buildings this year.

Arlington Commons consisted of two, twin 27-unit buildings and an adjacent two-family on separate tax parcels. Arlington Commons is 77-79 and 93 Arlington Street.

The twin, 27-unit apartment buildings, with off-street parking for over 50 cars, contain six studios, 21 one-beds and 27 two-bed apartments.

The adjacent two-family, 93 Arlington, contains one two-bed unit and one three-bed unit on a 13,408 square foot lot.

Built in 1970, 77 Arlington Street is assessed by the City of Framingham in 2020 at $5,650,500. The property last sold in 1996 for $1.475 million.

The 2-family, built in 1907, on 93 Arlington Street is assessed by the City of Framingham in 2020 at $453,600

All units will need to be programmatically upgraded to bring the properties to their highest and best use, said a press release.
