FRAMINGHAM – An office building on Route 9 is scheduled to be auctioned next month. The starting bid is $3 million.

The 1881 Worcester Road property has 64,396 square feet of space in a two-story brick building situated at the intersection of the Massachusetts Turnpike and Route 9.

Built in 1985, the building features solar bronze-tinted windows, a combination passenger/freight Otis elevator and has about 240 parking spaces.

The property is currently 100% occupied, with annual rents ranging from approximately $17 to $20.72 per square foot.

Fully-occupied asset with a weighted average lease length 4.79 years

Tenants include Advocates, Autism Alliance, Integrated Insurance Solutions, LLC, among others.
