FRAMINGHAM – Framingham Police arrested four individuals, including one teenager, at 2:30 a.m. on August 20, and recovered a stolen vehicle.

All were arrested at Franklin & Maple Streets, near Mason Park.

Arrested at 2:30 a.m. were:

Jeffry Barthold, 21, of 47 Walsh Street of Framingham. He was charged with possession of burglarious instruments, motor vehicle larceny.

A teenager, who was no listed in the public log. State log prohibits the release of minors’ names. He was charged with larceny of a motor vehicle, no registration, and no drivers’ license. Also charged with attaching plates and possession of burglarious instruments, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and failure to stay within marked lanes while driving.

Arrested at 2:45 p.m. were:

Guillermo Diaz, 19, of 35 South Main Street in Milford. He was charged with larceny of a motor vehicle and possession of burglarious instruments.

Anthony Perez, 20, of 14 Wilson Avenue of Framingham. He was charged with larceny of a motor vehicle and possession of burglarious instruments.
