Police Arrest Framingham Man For Driving After License Suspended

FRAMINGHAM – Framingham Police arrested a Framingham man Thursday afternoon on Claflin Street for driving a motor vehicle after his license was suspended for driving while under the influence.

Arrested at 2:16 p.m. was Luis Vincente Caguana, 31, of 173 Arlington Street.

he was charged with operating a motor vehicle with no driver’s license and operating a motor vehicle after licenses suspended due to driving while under the influence.
