Carmen Maria Cruz Cruz, 82, a longtime resident of Framingham, died Tuesday, May 28, 2024 after a period of declining health.  Born in Barranquitas, Puerto Rico, she was the daughter of the late Luis and Concepcion Cruz, and the beloved wife of the late Jose Cruz Torres.
