Pam Richards, RN, has been with MetroWest Medical Center Leonard Morse Hospital for nearly two years. What Pam likes most about her job is feeling that she has made a difference in someone’s life. She is motivated by helping people. She says, “There is more happiness in giving.” The best part of Pam’s career as nurse is seeing people discharged in a better place than when they arrived at the hospital. Her most memorable experience while working at MetroWest is playing ball with the children on the CDU. In her spare time, Pam is an enthusiast of outside activities such as mountain climbing, bike riding, going to the beach, walking her dog, kayaking, camping, and spending time with her family.
