James “Jimmy” Nagle, lifelong resident of Framingham, passed away unexpectedly on July 31, 2023 at the age of 63.  He was a beloved son, brother and uncle.

The second of eight children, Jimmy graduated from Catholic Memorial High School in West Roxbury and attended Norwich University in Northfield, Vermont.  He proudly served in the Coast Guard Reserves and was a member of Teamsters Union Local 170 as a 30-year driver with UPS, where he received numerous awards for his safe driving record.

He is survived by his mother, Loretta (Brignolia); siblings Lawrence J. Nagle, Catherine A. Yarberry (Ken), Austin J. Nagle, Sr. (Pat), Barbara H. Wiseman (Jeff), Joseph B. Nagle, John J. Nagle and Thomas E. Nagle; and nieces and nephews Lorna Bahn (Sam), Pierce and James Yarberry, Austin and Andrew Nagle, and Christopher, Catherine, Charlie and John Wiseman.

Jimmy spent the last decade of his life caring for his parents, and was welcomed home to eternal life by his father, Joseph, who passed away just a few months ago.  Jimmy will be remembered for his generosity, quick wit and sarcastic sense of humor.  His remains will be cremated and interred with his late father.

A memorial service will be held graveside later in the fall for friends and family.
