SUDBURY – On April 19, 2023, staff and volunteers from Sudbury Valley Trustees (SVT) installed a new boardwalk on a trail that runs from Town of Sudbury land on Raymond Road to SVT’s Lyons-Cutler property along Landham Brook.

The boardwalk makes it easier for visitors to hike through these conservation lands, and it will protect the underlying wetlands from heavy foot traffic.

This is the first of two boardwalks that SVT plans to install at Lyons-Cutler, thanks to a $10,000 grant from The Public Lands Fund, a program of Dick’s Sporting Goods Foundation. Public Lands has a store in Shoppers World in Framingham.

Sudbury Valley Trustees  is a member-supported non-profit organization that works to protect natural areas and farmland for wildlife and people in the 36 communities that surround the Sudbury, Assabet, and Concord Rivers.
