1 Yesterday, Congresswoman Katherine Clark . Small Business Administration (SBA) Administrator Isabella Casillas Guzman, Black Economic Council of Massachusetts CEO Nicole Obi, Framingham Mayor Charlie Sisitsky, and Senate President Karen Spilka had a roundtable discussion with Black small business owners in Framingham. 3. City of Framingham Mayor Charlie Sisitsky submitted his Fiscal year 2024 budget, which would start July 1, 2023, to the City Council last week.
The City Council meets tonight at 7 and is expected to refer the budget to the City Council Finance Subcommittee, which is chaired by Councilor George P. King Jr., who announced his re-election bid yesterday.
