Groundbreaking Ceremony Held For Villages at Nobscot

FRAMINGHAM – A groundbreaking ceremony was held today, April 24, for the Villages at Nobscot, a mixed-use apartment development at the site of the former Nobscot Plaza.

The development will have 158 apartments and 10,000 square feet of retail space, which has yet to be determined.

The developer said the project will take about 18 months to construct.

Mayor Charlie Sisitsky and several City Councilors attended the ceremony. SOURCE will have a full report with more photos later.
