FRAMINGHAM – The Framingham High softball team travelled to Waltham for a game against the Hawks on Friday afternoon.
Framingham won 18-7.
Flyers are now 3-3 overall and 1-2 in the Bay State Conference.
Senior leftfielder Amber Welch was 5-5 with 7 RBI and 2 runs scored.

Senior shortstop Hannah Hoffman went 4-6 with 2 RBI and 3 runs scored.
Senior rightfielder Julia Matz was 2-3 with 2 RBI and 3 runs scored.
Senior Jill Maloney got the win on the mound with 9 strike outs.
Senior Johnna Maloney came on and pitched in relief for the last 3 innings.
The Flyers are off until Thursday when they battle Milford High on the road.
