FRAMINGHAM – Framingham Police are investigating an individual who was scammed, and did not receive wigs worth $4,000.

The incident was reported to police yesterday, March 30 at 9:26 a.m. by a Dinsmore Avenue resident.

A person paid $4,000 for wigs through a cash app, and the wigs were never delivered, said Framingham Police spokesperson Lt. Rachel Mickens.

As it is under investigation, no other information was released by Police.
