1 A nor-easter rolled through Framingham yesterday, and while schools were dismissed early and City Hall and the libraries closed early, The storm delivered very little snow. Framingham got 2-3 inches of snow but parts of the Commonwealth got 2 and 3 feet of snow.

2. The Framingham Business Association will hold its monthly meeting today at noon.

Christimara (Christy) Garcia, the new Director of the Framingham State University Entrepreneur Innovation Center, is the featured speaker at the March meeting of the Framingham Business Association. 

3. Framingham School Committee meets tonight at 7 in the Blumer room at the Memorial Building and online.

Tonight is the public hearing on the school department’s budget for Fiscal Year 2024, which is the 2023-24 school year.

  • Framingham Conservation Commission at 7 p.m.

5. Framingham Public Library events:

  • The Framingham Public Library’s yarn club continues today from 10 to 11 a.m. at the main Framingham Library. There is another yarn social hour from 6 to 7 p.m. at the Christa mcAuliffe Library today.
  • Minecraft hangout from 2:30 to 4 p.m. at the main Framingham Library
  • There is a stretch & relax class from 4:30 to 5;30 p.m. via Zoom.
  • Kids can build Leprechaun traps in the SparkLab at the main Library from 6 to 7 p.m.
