Framingham Police Arrests Man For 2nd Time For Driving Without A License

FRAMINGHAM – Framingham Police arrested a Framingham man for “operating without a license,” for a second time.

Police arrested yesterday, March 6 at 12:27 p.m. Carlos Anibal Gonzalez Catota. 20, of 18 Arch Street in Framingham.

He was charged with operating a motor vehicle with out a license and failure to stop for police.

“He did not immediately stop for the officer.” said the Framingham Police spokesperson.

“He had Framingham warrant for unlicensed operation and a warrant out of Weston,” said the Police spokesperson.
