FRAMINGHAM – The American Red Cross is helping residents at 105 Beaver Terrace Circle after a fire last night, February 4.

Just after 7:30 p.m., Framingham fire received an alarm for a dryer fire at that address, said Framingham Fire Chief Michael Dutcher.

Framingham Engine 3, Engine 5, Ladder 3, Rescue 1 & Car 2 responded. 

On arrival, Car 2 declared a working fire, bringing Engine 1 as the Rapid Intervention Team, along with EMS standby of Field Supervisor 3 & Ambulance 3, said Chief Dutcher.

Crews made an aggressive entry and found heavy fire in the rear, said the Framingham Fire Chief.

Engine companies knocked the fire down, while the Rescue performed a search and the Ladder company vented the structure, said Chief Dutcher.

The residence is uninhabitable. Occupants are being assisted by American Red Cross and Pelham Apartments, said Chief Dutcher.

Cause is being investigated by Framingham Fire Prevention Division and is still under investigation, said Chief Dutcher on Sunday morning.
