NATICK – For the second consecutive New Year’s Eve, the Friends of Natick Trails is hosting an event on the Cochituate Rail Trail
On Saturday, December 31, 2022 from 4 to 8 p.m., the public is invited to stroll the CRT and enjoy the hospitality of 20 fire pit hosts on the northern side of the trail in Natick.
It is a free event.
Fire pits are set up between Bacon Street and Chrysler Road.
Fire pit hosts include families, organizations, town agencies, businesses, and other groups. Activities may include snacks, hot beverages, giveaways, music, poetry, education, information, and socializing.

Attendees are encouraged to walk to the event if possible. Limited parking will be available at the AmVets lot and at the new CRT parking lot on Mechanic Street. Please do not park on Bacon, Fisher or other neighborhood streets.
This is a drug- and alcohol-free event.
Please keep dogs on a short leash. Please walk bikes through crowded areas.
Carry-in and carry-out all trash.
Portable rest rooms will be stationed at the AmVets parking lot.
