FRAMINGHAM – All Framingham Fire Stations, including the headquarters station, have a Toys for Tots bin to collect unwrapped toys for boys and girls.

Individuals can drop off an unwrapped toy to make a child’s holiday more complete until Wednesday, December 9.

Toys for Tots is a program run by the United States Marine Corps Reserve which distributes toys to children whose parents cannot afford to buy them gifts for Christmas.

The program was founded in 1947 by reservist Major Bill Hendricks.
