FRAMINGHAM – Patricia Susie Van Derhoff, 83, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her family on November 17, 2022 in Framingham.

Born in Los Angeles California to the late Arthur Van Derhoff and Caroline (Schill) Van Derhoff , the family including her sister, the late Caroline Teglovic moved to Farmington, Maine. Patricia was life-long resident of Maine and moved to Framingham after she retired to be closer to family.

Patricia was a life-long learner and earned an Associate Degree of Science in Human Services and then a Bachelor Degree of Science in Mental Health and Human Services.

Patricia worked in substance abuse and mental health for various agencies in the Bangor Maine area for most of her working life.

Patricia was passionate about nature, animals, plants, and making jewelry.

Patricia is survived by her daughter, Caroline Ray and her husband Michael of Framingham, grandchildren Gina and Matthew Ray; daughter, Alexandra Topole of Stuart, Florida and grandson Eric Topole; son Anton Topole and his wife Sarah of Queensland Australia, grandsons Anton, Luke and Iaasic Topole.

Funeral services have been entrusted to Norton Funeral Home, 53 Beech Street, Framingham.

A private celebration of life will be held at a later date.
