WORCESTER – The Framingham High girls soccer team travelled to Worcester Saturday morning for a game against Notre Dame Academy.

The Flyers got the victory.

Final score was 3-0, with Flyer Ava Callahan getting the winning goal for the second consecutive game.

Late in the first half, Callahan headed the ball into the back of the net, off a corner from Gabby Arpino.

Framingham had a 1-0 lead at halftime.

Midway into the second half Kasey Kopaz scored off a pass from freshman Ava Lombardo.,

Late in the game, Framingham was fouled and awarded a direct kick from the left side of the field, about 30 yards from the net.

Callahan launched the ball high into the upper far post to give the Flyers a 3-0 victory.

Framingham is now 7-3-1.
