FRAMINGHAM – One driver was cited after a 2-vehicle crash at Howard & Concord streets on Tuesday night, July 26.
The crash was reported at 7:26 p.m.
One vehicle rear-ended a second vehicle, said police.

No one was injured, said Deputy Police Chief Victor Pereira.
Neither vehicle needed to be towed, said the Deputy Chief.
“A citation was issued for unlicensed operation to the operator of the struck vehicle,” said Deputy Chief Pereira.
