Framingham Woman Charged With Assault & Battery

FRAMINGHAM – Framingham Police arrested a Framingham woman on July 19 and charged her with assault & battery.

Arrested was Jessica Powell, 34, of 149 Phelps Road in Framingham.

She was arrested at Hollis & Irving Street at 6:58 p.m., and charged with assault & battery.

“An officer on patrol observed Powell walk up to another female and strike her several times in the face.  The females were separated and Powell was placed under arrest,” said Framingham Police spokesperson Lt. Rachel Mickens.

The parties are known to each other, said Lt. Mickens.
