4. Framingham Public Library will have a panel discussion on Ukrainian refugees tonight at 7 p.m. Pre-registration is required.

5. The Noche de Fiesta sponsored by the Framingham Public Library Foundation and the Framingham Public Library is seeking artists to paint live on July 23. The deadline to apply is July 13.
